Here, you’ll find a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome: culturally sensitive, neurodivergent-affirming, gender-affirming, and identity-affirming. This is a place to explore the deeper layers of who you are, without shame or judgment. We all deserve a space where we can speak our truths and truly be heard.

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy that weaves together Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to help you heal relational wounds. Healing isn’t just a mental process. It lives in the body, too. Our nervous system holds experiences long after the mind has tried to make sense of them. When we slow down and listen, we begin to bridge that gap between what we know and what we feel. I believe healing isn’t about arriving somewhere perfect, but rather it’s a direction. It’s the ongoing movement toward balance, safety, and self-trust. In our work together, we’ll explore how your body, mind, and story are interconnected so you can begin to release old patterns, find steadiness, and return to yourself with greater ease and compassion.

Getting to the Root of What's Keeping your Stuck

Sometimes the symptoms that bring us to therapy are only part of the story. Anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, reactivity, or feeling stuck can be ways your mind and body have learned to protect you.

Together, we’ll look beneath the surface with curiosity and compassion, exploring the experiences, patterns, and nervous system responses that may be shaping how you feel today. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding what your system has learned, creating space for something different, and helping you move toward greater steadiness, connection, and self-trust.

Areas I commonly work with include:

Trauma & PTSD • Anxiety & Panic • Relational & Attachment Wounds • ADHD & Neurodivergence • Identity & Gender Exploration • Life Transitions • Mood Concerns • Highly Sensitive Traits

Core Values

Inclusivity

I am committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, valued, and supported. Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice, and I prioritize culturally competent care—honoring and respecting your race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, and lifestyle choices. Here, you are welcome exactly as you are.

CURIOSITY

Every person’s experience and perspective is unique and it deserves to be heard. Here, your words, beliefs, and emotions will be met with respect, empathy, and genuine curiosity. This is your space to explore, learn, and heal, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

EMPOWERMENT

I believe in affirming your efforts, strengths, and successes to help you build the confidence and capacity needed for lasting change. Having control over our lives fosters a sense of agency and self-trust. When we feel fully supported in being our authentic selves, our inner strength is restored, allowing us to step into our full power and live with intention.
