Below you will find the insurance I accept:
Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, Regence,United Healthcare, and Medicare.
If you are out of network, there are options to consider:
Contact your insurance provider. It is possible they will reimburse you for a portion of services. You may need to submit a superbill (a document that shows the list of services) to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for services and I am happy to provide that to you.
The most commonly used CPT codes for insurance billing include 90791,90837 and 96127. Providing these codes when speaking with your insurance company can help you verify coverage and benefits.
An affordable option - Reimbursify. (https://reimbursify.com) This is an online service that will do your out-of-network billing for you. They will check with your insurance on their reimbursement policy and submit claims for you. It only takes a few minutes of your time, is paper-free, and you usually get your money back in as little as two weeks. The cost to download the app is free, and each claim (one session) is $1.99. You can also purchase packages at a discount. If there is an error with the claim, they will work with you to resolve it, free of charge.
Another affordable option - CareCredit. (https://www.carecredit.com/go/756NTP/) I am a provider under this healthcare credit card that allows you to spread the cost of your mental health services over time. This can be a great option for those who need financing options to make their mental health needs more affordable. Here’s how it works:
Apply for CareCredit using the link above.
Once approved, you can use your CareCredit card to pay for your therapy treatment.
Choose a payment plan that fits your budget. CareCredit offers a variety of promotional financing options, allowing you to focus on your mental health wellness without the financial stress.
HSA
I am happy to run your sessions through your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), which can be used to pay for medical expenses such as therapy (both individual and couples therapy) and can often significantly decrease the cost of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to allow time to offer that space to someone else who may be waiting. If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from providing 48 hours' notice, I offer the option to reschedule within 48 hours of the original session time when possible. If rescheduling isn’t an option, please reach out to me. I do my best to be flexible, and I appreciate your mindfulness of my time as well as the needs of others seeking services.
Payment
An active card is required to be kept on file. However, I will not charge it if you notify me in advance that you would prefer to pay with another method and provide that payment at the time of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours, your card on file will be charged in full. If the payment is declined, future sessions will be placed on hold until the balance is resolved. I appreciate your understanding that while my goal is to support you, I also need to maintain standard business practices. You also have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost. See the following link for more information: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
